Service Provider
These General Contracting Conditions govern the professional services offered by Danial Sharifi, Product Designer, with NIE Z2354629D, domiciled in Barcelona, Spain.

Services Offered
The following professional services are available:
UX/UI Design: interface design for web and mobile applications, including wireframes, prototypes, and developer-ready screens
Product Strategy & Discovery: user research, user flows, MVP definition, and product roadmapping
Design Systems: creation and documentation of scalable component libraries
AI Product Design: interface design for AI-powered products, dashboards, and automation flows
Pricing
Services are charged at an hourly rate starting from €30/hour. The final rate applicable to each project will be agreed upon in writing before work begins, depending on the scope and complexity of the project.
For project based engagements, a fixed price will be agreed upon before the start of the project and documented in a written contract or service agreement.
All prices are exclusive of VAT, where applicable.
How to Contract Services
To request services, the client must contact the service provider via the contact form on this website or by email. Upon agreement of the scope and price, a written service agreement or contract will be formalised before work begins.
Work will not commence until both parties have signed the agreement. A clause conditioning the start of services upon the granting of the corresponding work authorisation may be included where applicable.
Delivery & Timeframes
Delivery timeframes will be agreed upon in writing for each project before work begins. Typical timeframes are as follows:
UX/UI Design projects: 2 to 8 weeks depending on scope
Product Discovery: 1 to 2 weeks
Design Systems: 3 to 6 weeks
Hourly engagements: ongoing, with weekly or monthly reporting
Deadlines may be adjusted by mutual written agreement if the project scope changes.
Payment Methods
Payment is accepted via bank transfer. Payment terms will be specified in each service agreement. For hourly engagements, invoices are issued weekly or monthly. For fixed-price projects, a deposit of 30–50% is required before work begins, with the remainder due upon delivery.
Late payments may incur interest in accordance with applicable Spanish legislation.
Revisions & Deliverables
The number of revision rounds included will be specified in each service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed at the applicable hourly rate.
Guarantees
The service provider guarantees that all work will be delivered with professional diligence, in accordance with industry standards and the agreed specifications. If the deliverables do not meet the agreed specifications, the service provider will make the necessary corrections at no additional cost.
Complaints & Claims
Any complaints or claims regarding the services provided must be submitted in writing to sharifidanny@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery of the relevant work. The service provider will respond within 10 business days.
If the matter cannot be resolved directly, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables. The service provider retains the right to display the work in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
The service provider agrees to keep all client information and project details confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without prior written consent.
Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law, including Ley 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and e-commerce, Ley Orgánica 3/2018 of 5 December on personal data protection, and Ley 22/2010 of 20 July, the Catalan Consumer Code.
