CORE PROBLEM
In crypto, you don't build an audience, you catch one. The window is days, not months. The design challenge wasn't coherence or trust, it was energy.
Creating something so visually distinct and culturally tuned that users would jump on it simply because it felt like the next thing to be part of.



Character Direction
Beyond the interface, I led the creative direction for TDEX's character universe, a cast of dinosaur personas that gave the brand personality in a space that usually has none. Each character represented a role in the ecosystem. The goal was to make an abstract financial product feel like something worth belonging to.
